Individual Therapy:          $200.00 per 60 - Minute Session

Group Therapy:                  $35.00 per individual, per 60 - Minute Session

I am not "in network" with any insurance companies. However, most PPOs will reimburse a portion of out-of-pocket costs after your deductible is met. I am happy to provide a "superbill" so you are able to submit claims to insurance yourself. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

I always recommend patients to call their insurance to ask questions to have a better idea of the reimbursement, if any, you may receive.

Please take note that many insurance companies covered telehealth services for the COVID-19 pandemic, however, some insurance companies will drop coverage for telehealth services by out-of-network providers. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the limits of their coverage. This includes copays and deductibles. The patient will solely be responsible for any charges incurred.

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). A GFE outlines exactly what you can expect to pay out-of-pocket for a full year of treatment. The purpose of the GFE is to prevent patients feeling they are blindsided by unexpected fees. With my research background, being informed and understanding what you are agreeing to is essential.
