Individual therapy sessions are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. One-on-one sessions are 53-55 minutes. Initially, weekly sessions are preferred to gain momentum and an understanding of your needs. Individual therapy can offer you the space to bounce ideas and feel heard without concern of judgement. There are many modalities of therapy used to assist a patient with change. Our office specializes EMDR and Havening Techniques, however, other modalities, such as, CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused (to name a few) are often utilized as well.
